摘要
胃癌是国内外高发的恶性肿瘤之一,本文以紫外分光光度计对正常人血清与胃癌病人血清进行检测,并把光谱数据进行统计和分析,比较两者之间的差异,从而为紫外分光光度计应用于胃癌的诊断提供了重要的实验依据。
Gastric cancer is one of the malignant cancer in the world. The serum of gastric cancer and normal are differentiated by the statistic and analysis of absorption spectrum＇s datum after they are detected by ultraviolet spectrophotometer. And it offers valuable data for the diagnosis of gastric cancer with ultraviolet spectrophotometer.
