摘要
焊接式减速箱体因其结构简单,易于实现而成为目前及今后箱体设备的主流,而焊接式箱体缺点是制造过程会产生较大的焊接、加工应力,加工后质量难以保证,因而对焊接式箱体关键制造工艺的研究成为目前工程技术人员研究的主要课题。
The welding-type reducer box has become the mainstream of current and future box equipment for its advantages of simple structure and easy realization, but the disadvantage of welding-type reducer box is the larger welding and machining stress emerging during its manufacturing process, the quality after machining was difficult to be guaranteed, so the research on the key manufacturing process of weldingtype reducer box has become the main subject studied by engineering and technical personnels at the present.
