摘要
文中针对大型多层齿轮箱的关键零部件加工工艺及润滑油路设计展开研究。通过分析多层齿轮箱体、齿轮及齿轮轴等关键零件的结构特点和加工难点,探讨了相应加工工艺方案的设计原则和注意事项。同时,对齿轮箱的润滑油路设计进行了创新性的构想,研究重点包括加工基准选择、工艺流程制订、关键工序控制以及加工精度保障措施。研究结果表明:采用合理的加工工艺方案和优化的润滑油路设计,严格的质量控制手段,可显著提高大型多层齿轮箱的加工精度质量和使用性能,为类似复杂机械零件的设计和制造提供了有价值的参考。
Researches on the processing technology and lubricating oil circuit design of key components in large multi-layer gearboxes were conducted.By examining the structural characteristics and processing challenges associated with critical parts such as multi-layer gearboxes,gears,and gear shafts,the study explores the design principles and considerations for developing effective processing technology solutions.Additionally,the lubricating oil circuit design for the gearbox is innovatively approached,with a focus on selecting machining benchmarks,formulating technological processes,controlling key processes,and implementing measures to ensure machining accuracy.These findings indicate that employing a rational machining process scheme,an optimized lubricating oil circuit design,and stringent quality control measures can significantly enhance the machining accuracy,quality,and service performance of large multi-layer gearboxes.This research offers valuable insights and references for the design and manufacture of similar complex mechanical components.
