糖类和蛋白类物质污染聚砜膜的不同特性和微观机制 被引量:6

CHARACTERISTICS OF DEXTRAN AND BSA FOULING PS MEMBRANE AND ITS MICROSCOPIC MECHANISM

摘要 从多个角度对聚砜膜超滤葡聚糖和 BSA水溶液时膜的污染特性和微观机制进行了分析和比较。实验测定了两种溶液的膜渗透通量随时间变化曲线 ;考察了气液两相流操作对两种溶液膜渗透通量的影响 ;对超滤葡聚糖和 BSA水溶液后的膜进行了清洗实验 ;对超滤前后的膜进行了扫描电镜和 XPS分析。结果表明 ,葡聚糖在聚砜膜面仅仅是沉积或物理吸附 。 The fouling characteristics and mechanism of dextran and BSA on PS ultrafiltration membrane were studied with several methods. The curves of permeation flux versus time for Dextran and BSA aqueous solution were obtained; the effect of gas sparging i.e. gas liquid two phase flow operation on permeation flux was investigated; cleaning experiments for the membranes after ultrafiltration with Dextran and BSA aqueous solution were carried out; the surfaces of membranes before and after ultrafiltration were analysised by scanning electron microscopy and X ray photoelectron spectrum. The results showed that dextran only sedimentated physically on the membrane surface, while BSA was chemically adsorbed on membrane accompaning with electron transfer process.
