摘要
PEK-C是我国自行开发的新型聚芳醚酮,其主要力学性能与PEEK十分相近[1]。用多功能内耗仪对PEK-C的变频分析,观察到-200℃~250℃范围内的几个松弛过程,用松弛理论对几个内耗峰及相应模量进行了详细的分析。
The behavior of Poly(ether ether ketone with cardo group) (PEK C) in dynamic mechanical test has been investigated from -200 ℃ to 250 ℃ in different frequencies. Four internal friction peaks displayed on the temperature spectra:α, β, β′ and β″ peaks. Comparing with the dynamic mechanical behavior of PEK C in the same test condition, peak (PEK C) was given a suitable interpret. Following the theories of J. C. Bauwens and L C E Struik, β′ and β″ peaks were attributed to thermodynamic un equilibrium state into thermodynamic equilibrium state of the materials during manufacture or quenching. β peak had a special relaxation property.
