摘要
目的 利用已建立的 APP转基因动物模型 ,探讨 NO与细胞凋亡机制。方法 NO测定试剂盒和原位凋亡检测试剂盒。结果 转基因小鼠脑中 NO与对照组无显著性差异 ;原位细胞凋亡检查也未发现转基因组与对照组有显著性差异。结论 Aβ的存在可能使细胞处于一种易于凋亡的状态。
Objective To inquire into the principles governing NO and in-situ apoptosis by using the APP transgenic animal models. Methods NO detection kit and colorimetric apoptosis detection system were used. Results No significant differences of NO in the transgenic mice's brain and in-situ apoptosis were found when compared with those of the control group. Conclusion The existence of Aβin the Aβpatients may make the neural cells more subject to apoptosis.
