摘要 Mannich反应在有机合成中有着重要用途。文章对Mannich反应在药物合成化学中如何教学进行新的教学探索。这对有机化学、化学制药工艺学教学也有一定的借鉴意义。 Mannich reaction plays an important role in organic synthesis, How to teach Mannich reaction in medicinal synthesis chemistry were explored, which will also be some reference values for the teaching of organic chemistry and Chemical Pharmaceutical Technology.
