摘要 介绍新加坡、中国香港两地食品安全监管体制、法律体系和主要监管措施及其特点,借鉴新加坡和中国香港两地的经验,提出对完善中国大陆食品安全监管工作的启示。 This paper briefly introduces the food safety supervision system, legal system and main regulatory measures of Singapore and Hong Kong, China and put forward the improvement of food safety supervision in China's Mainland based on their experience.
