摘要
当前,日益凸出的食品安全事件让食品小作坊监管成为社会各界关注的焦点。文章通过对我国食品小作坊的现状、存在问题及症结、瓶颈的分析,就如何做好食品小作坊监管提出了建议。
Nowadays,the increasing incidents about the safety of food make the supervision on the food workshops the focus of our country. Through the analysis about the present conditions,the problems and the bottleneck of these workshops,the essay gives some suggestions about how to do supervision work well.
