摘要
根据超细长轴的加工特点,以车刀旋转,工件进给为构思,成功设计了加工超细长轴的旋风刀盘及定心夹头,并分析了该刀盘的工装结构及工作原理,为所需加工超细长轴的企业提供一定的参考。
According to the processing features of ultra slender shaft parts,and for the idea from tool rotation and workpiece feed, we successful design cyclone cutter and centering chuck to process ultra slender shaft parts. The paper analyses the structure and working principle of the cutting cutter,and provide certain reference value for whoever needs to process ultra slender shaft.
