摘要
根据零件设计要求,分析了其加工难点,设计了三种带球头超细长轴的可行性加工方案,通过分析比较,确定方案3在效率和成本方面优于前两种。
According to design requirements of parts, the machining difficulties are analyzed. Three feasible machining schemes of special slender shaft with bulb are designed. By comparison and analysis, the third scheme is better than the other two in efficiency and cost.
