摘要 为研究镁合金在高速切削条件下切削用量和刀具形状对已加工表面粗糙度的影响规律,综合应用析因与均匀试验设计,以一定的切削用量和一定的刀具对Mg-Al-Zn-Mn系镁合金进行了高速车削试验,并结合回归统计与响应曲面方法建立了表面粗糙度Ra经验公式。 Aiming to study the influence law of cutting amount and cutter shape for machining of Mg alloy on surface roughness in high speed machining process, the high speed turning test is carried out for Mg alloy in Mg-Al-Zn-Mn family with a certain cutting amount and a certain tools by using the factorial analysis and uniform test design. By means of combination of regression statistic and response surface method, an empirical formula of surface roughness Ra is established.
