摘要
从机械加工中共振的角度出发,研究细长轴车削加工时车床主轴转速与工件表面质量的关系;并以CA6140车床为例,讨论刚性主轴的临界转速,提出细长轴车削加工时车床主轴的最佳转速范围,避开共振区,从而提高工件的加工精度,保证工件的表面质量.
According to the resonance of mechanical machining,the relationship between the spindle speed of lathe and the surface quality of the workpieces was studied on turning a long and thin axis on the lathe.Taking CA6140 lathe as an example,the critical rotate speed of rigid axis was discussed and the best spindle speed zone on turing a long and thin axis on the lathe was put forward,then the machining precision and the surface quality of the workpieces were improved when the spindle speed was away from resonant zone.
