摘要
伯恩斯坦的社会教育学把语言作为核心要素,在社会学的视野下研究语码、文化再制、教育话语建构等社会问题,形成了一整套社会教育学解释理论。国外对其研究的一支重要力量是以韩礼德为代表的系统功能语言学派。本文简要回顾Halliday和Hasan对伯恩斯坦语码理论的研究,并尝试挖掘两者对话的理论基础和实践,解析功能语言学视角下的语码的本质和含义。
Basil Berustein's sociological pedagogy places language at its first place,attempting to explore social issues such as education failure, cultural reproduction, the construction of pedagogic discourse and the alike. One of the main forces of its research comes from Systemic Functional Linguistics represented by M. A. K. Halliday and Ruquia Hasan. This paper is going to review their study on Berustein's code theory and then tries to excavate the theoretical foundations and practices for the dialogue between code theory and Systemic Functional Linguistics so as to construe the nature and meaning of code from the perspective of Systemic Functional Linguistics.
