摘要
Thl7可特异性分泌1L-17A、IL-17F和IL-22,参与调控胞外细菌和真菌感染及多种自身免疫性疾病。Treg具有免疫抑制作用,主要机制是依赖于细胞间或非细胞间的相互作用。Foxp3在Treg分化和维持功能中发挥重要作用。在此,将对Thl7细胞/Treg细胞的分化、功能及其支气管哮喘中的作用作一综述。
Thl7 cells specificly produce cytokines such as IL-17A, IL-17F and IL-22. Thl7 is involved in the regulation of extracellular bacterial, fungal infections and autoimmune diseases. Treg cells suppress immune responses through cell-cell or non-cell interaction. Foxp3 plays a great role in differentiation and function of Treg cells. Here, we review the progress of the differentiation, function of Thl7 cells and Treg cells,as well as the role of Thl7 Cells and Treg cells in bronchial asthma.
