摘要
探讨精梳棉柔丝纤维灰褪绒混纺转杯纱的生产工艺。阐述了柔丝纤维和灰褪绒的性能特点,通过合理配置纺纱工艺,成功纺制出精梳棉/柔丝纤维/灰褪绒65/20/15 20.8 tex混纺转杯纱。认为:采取合理的原料混和路线;做好柔丝纤维和灰褪绒混和原料的预处理,提高原料可纺性;前纺工序针对原料特点采取必要的工艺技术措施;转杯纺优选纺纱专件和相关工艺参数,以上这几项关键工作实施到位,就能够生产出质量满足要求的精梳棉柔丝纤维灰褪绒混纺转杯纱。
Spinning processing parameter of combed cotton rousi fiber lemi cancel cashmere blended rotor yarn were discussed. Properties of rousi fiber and lemi cancel cashmere were introduced. Combed eotton/rousi fiber/ lemi cancel cashmere 65/20/15 20. 8 tex blended rotor yarn can be spun successfully through selecting spinning processing parameter rationally. It is considered that raw material spinnability can be improved through adopting rational raw materi- al blending line, pre-treating rousi fiber and lemi cancel cashmere well. Necessary processing technology measures should be adopted in fore-spinning process according to raw material property. Spinning special components and related processing parameters should be optimized in rotor spinning process. Quality demands of combed cotton rousi fiber lemi cancel cashmere blended rotor yarn can be reached through implementing the above measures.
