摘要
阐述了转杯纺纱机细尾断头、杂质断头和粗节断头的产生机理,通过实验和生产实践分析了产生3种断头的主要因素,并提出了相应预防措施。
The forming mechanism of three sorts of rotor spun yam end-breakages as fine yarn tall breakage and breakage caused by impurities and neps and slubs are described in this article. Through experiments and production practices, the main causes of the three sorts of end-breakages are analyses with counter measures to pre-prevent them pointed out.
