摘要
为了充分发挥丝麻纤维优良特性,以纺集聚纺丝麻/棉60/4014.7 tex纱为例,介绍纺纱工艺流程,分析丝麻纤维开清棉工序、丝麻纤维和棉纤维梳棉工序、纯棉精梳条纺制,以及丝麻纤维和棉纤维混纺并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒工序的工艺要点。通过成纱质量指标测试,指出:丝麻纤维性能优良且抗菌环保,生产前将其放入车间平衡24 h~48 h,有利于后工序生产;其与棉纤维混纺,清梳工序重点优选打手转速和各处隔距,并条工序确保混纺比准确、避免静电缠绕,粗纱工序优选粗纱捻系数、保证条干良好,细纱工序合理设置牵伸隔距和牵伸倍数、适当提高相对湿度和优选抗绕器材专件后,集聚纺丝麻/棉60/4014.7 tex纱生产状态好,成纱质量达到预期。
In order to give full play to the excellent characteristics of silk hemp fiber,taking the compact spinning of silk hemp/cotton 60/4014.7 tex yarn as an example,the spinning process flow is introduced,and the process key points of the opening and cleaning of silk hemp fiber,the carding process of silk hemp fiber and cotton fiber,the combed sliver spinning of pure cotton,as well as carding,roving,spinning and winding processes of silk hemp fiber and cotton fiber blending are analyzed.Through the test of yarn quality indicators,it is pointed out that the performance of silk hemp fiber is excellent,and the fiber is antibacterial and environmentally friendly.We should balance the silk hemp fiber in the workshop for 24 to 48 hours before production,which is beneficial to the subsequent process production.For blending yarn of silk hemp fiber and cotton fiber,the emphasis is optimizing the beater speed and the gauge at each point in the cleaning and carding process,ensuring the accuracy of the blending ratio and avoid electrostatic entanglement in the drawing process,optimizing the twist coefficient of the roving and ensuring good evenness in the roving process,reasonably setting the draft gauge and draft ratio,appropriately increasing the relative humidity and optimizing the anti-winding accessories and parts,then the production status of compact spinning silk hemp/cotton 60/4014.7 tex yarn is good,and the quality of the finished yarn have reached the expected level.
