摘要
Tencel是一种全新的纤维素纤维.转杯纺Tencel针织纱条干好、棉结和粗、细结少,有利于突出其针织产品的风格特征.分析了在转杯纺设备上纺制27.8texTencel针织纱的工艺要点及降低断头率的措施,给出了各工序的主要纺纱工艺参数.并与环锭纺27.8texTencel针织纱作了质量对比,结果表明:除了强力稍低外,其它质量指标均较相同号数的环锭纱好.
Tencel is a newly cellulose fiber. The 27.8 tex Tencel knitting yarn has good yarn evenness. The characteristics of the yarn will help to show the style of its knitting fabric. Key factors of the process and method of decreasing the end breakage rate to the 27.8 tex knitting yarn are analyzed. Crucial parameters of every process are given. Comparative analysis is done on the properties between the knitting yarn on rotor spinning and ring spinning. The results show that all properties of the knitting yarn on rotor are better than on ring spinning except strength.
