摘要
目的探讨凋亡抑制因子Livin在三阴性及非三阴性乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法用免疫组化SP法检测100例三阴性乳腺癌及112例非三阴性乳腺癌组织中Livin的表达情况,比较Livin在2种乳腺癌中表达差异。结果 Livin蛋白在三阴性乳腺癌组织中的表达率为58.0%,在非三阴性乳腺癌组织中的表达率为42.9%,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。在三阴性乳腺癌中,Livin的表达与临床分期及腋下淋巴结转移均显著相关(P均<0.05),与年龄、肿瘤大小、乳腺癌家族史及组织学分级无显著相关性(P均>0.05)。在非三阴性乳腺癌中,Livin的表达与腋下淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05),与年龄、肿瘤大小、乳腺癌家族史、临床分期及组织学分级无显著相关性(P均>0.05)。结论与非三阴性乳腺癌相比,Livin在三阴性乳腺癌异常表达更为显著,提示Livin的表达可能作为评估三阴性乳腺癌浸润进展及预后的指标。
Objective It is to investigate the expressions and significances of the apoptosis inhibitor Livin in triple-negative breast cancer and non-triple-negative breast cancer.Methods The expressions of Livin was detected by immunohistochemistry Streptavidin-Peroxidase method in 100 cases with triple-negative breast cancer and 112 cases with non-triple-negative breast cancer,the difference in the expressions between two types of breast cancer were compared.Results The positive expression of Livin was 58.0％ in the triple-negative breast cancer tissue and 42.9％ in non-triple-negative breast cancer tissue,compared with each other,the difference was significant（P ＜ 0.05）.The expression of Livin in triple-negative breast cancer was significantly related with clinical stage and axillary lymph node metastases （P ＜ 0.05）,but not correlated with age,tumor size,family history of breast cancer,and histologic grade （P ＞0.05）.The expression of Livin in non-triple-negative breast cancer was significantly related with axillary lymph node metastases （P ＜ 0.05）,but not correlated with age,tumor size,family history of breast cancer,clinical stage and histologic grade （P ＞0.05）.Conclusion Compared with triple-negative breast cancer,the expression of Livin in triple-negative breast cancer is more significant,which suggests that the expression of Livin may be used as one of the indicators in determining the progress and prognosis of triple-negative breast cancer.
