摘要
目的观察Livin蛋白在髓母细胞瘤中的表达,并探讨Livin蛋白的表达与髓母细胞瘤临床预后的关系。方法应用免疫组化二步法检测45例髓母细胞瘤及10例正常小脑组织中Livin蛋白的表达,并用相关统计学方法进行分析。结果 45例髓母细胞瘤中Livin蛋白阳性表达率82.2%,Livin蛋白的表达强度与肿瘤大小差异显著,Livin蛋白阳性患者的预后明显差于Livin蛋白阴性患者,COX回归分析提示Livin蛋白的表达、肿瘤切除程度,术后的治疗是髓母细胞瘤患者预后的独立风险因素。结论 (1)Livin蛋白参与了髓母细胞瘤细胞凋亡的调控。(2)Livin蛋白的表达与髓母细胞瘤临床预后呈负相关。
Objective To observe the expression of Livin protein in medulloblastoma,and to investigate the relationship between the expression of Livin protein and the prognosis of medulloblastoma.Methods We used the two step immunohistochemistry to examine the expression situation of Livin protein in 45 samples of medulloblastomas as well as 10 samples of normal cerebellum＇s tissues and analyzed the data by corresponding statistical methods.Results Among 45 cases of medulloblastoma,Livin protein expression rate was 82.2%,and the expression intensity of Livin protein was significantly different from the effect of tumor＇s size,the prognosis of the positive expression group of Livin protein was greatly worse than the negative expression group.COX regression analysis showed that the expression of Livin,the degree of tumor resection and postoperative treatment were the independent risk foctors of prognosis in medulloblastoma patiets.Conclusion（1）Livin protein was involved in the regulation of cell apoptosis of medulloblastoma.（2） The correlation of the expression of Livin protein was negative with the prognosis of medulloblastoma.
