石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定人参中锗 被引量:9

摘要 用石墨炉测定微量锗已有报道,有关人参中锗的测定也有报道。本文研究了用钼酸铵浸渍处理石墨管。四氯化碳萃取两次,将人参中的锗富集于四氯化碳中,再用水反萃取一次,以硝酸镍作为基体改进剂,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定人参中锗。本法绝对灵敏度为5.26×10^(-12)g/1%吸收,检出下限1.5×10^(-9)g,R.S.D=5.3%(n=10),回收率93—96%。本法适用多种植物和生物样品分析。 An ammonium molybdenate impregnated and treated pyrolytically coated grapphite tube is cmployed for GFAAS determination of germanium in ginseng. A wet oxidation procedure using nitric acid and perchloric acid were suitable for digesting ginseng sample. Carbon tetrachloride and water were used as solvents for extraction and back-extraction. Nickel nitrate as matrix modifier help enhance the determination sensitivity.This method was applied to the determination of germanium in various medicinal plants. The coefficient of variation for a 120 ppb ginseng sample was 5.3% of 10 consecutive measurments. The recovery of germanium in ginseng samples was 93—96%.
