摘要
目的提供市售不同产地中药饮片制首乌中的砷及重金属元素的含量水平,为中药标准的制定提供可行性建议。方法采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定市售不同产地制首乌中的铜、铅、镉含量,用氢化物原子荧光法测定其中的砷、汞含量。结果收集的四种市售制首乌饮片样本中仅有一种饮片的铜、铅、镉、砷、汞五种元素含量符合要求,而大多数样本的铅、砷、汞含量超标,有的严重超标。结论不同产地制首乌饮片中铅、砷、汞含量差异较大,在应用时须加以注意。
Objective To analyze the levels of arsenic and heavy metals＇ contents in prepared Radix Polygoni Multiflori from different areas, offering feasible suggestions for quality control of Chinese medicine. Methods The content of Cu, Pb and Cd in prepared Radix Polygoni Maltiflori from different areas was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The content of As and Hg were determined by hydride generation atom fluorescence spectrometry. Results There was just one sample which meet the requirements of five elements （Cu, Pb, Cd, As, Hg） contents in all the four samples collected and the rest exceeded the levels of Pb, As or Hg content. Conclusion The difference of content of Pb, As and Hg in samples from different areas varies greatly and attention be paid to the use of Radix Polygoni Multiflori.
