摘要
本文研究了用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定京万红药膏中Ｃｕ和Ｐｂ的方法．通过试验选择了样品处理方法和最佳测定条件．在选定条件下，Ｃｕ和Ｐｂ检出限分别为０．８４μｇ／ｇ和０．２６μｇ／ｇ．所测样品Ｃｕ和Ｐｂ的回收率分别为９８．３％和９２．５％．
A study was undertaken to determine Cu and Pb in Jing Wan Hong ointment by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The methods of sample treatment and the analytical conditions were optimized by experiment. In the selected condition, the detection limit for the determination of Cu and Pb is 0.84 μg/g and 0.26 μg/g respectively. The recoveries of determined sample were Cu 98.3% and Pb 92.5% respectively.
