摘要
研究了在Tween-80存在下,Ge(Ⅳ)与二溴羟基卟啉的显色反应.试验表明,在pH 9.50的Na2SO3溶液中,锗(Ⅳ)与试剂形成(1:1)的绿色配合物,配合物的最大吸收峰位于418 nm波长处,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为1.76×105 L·mol-1·cm-1,Ge(Ⅳ)量在0~0.45 μg/mL范围内符合比尔定律.本法可用于测定茶叶及枸杞中的微量锗.
The coloring reaction of the reagent meso-tetra-(3, 5-dibromo-4-hydroxydroxyphenyl) porphyrin with Ge(Ⅳ ) in the presence of Tween-80 were studied. Results show that the colour reagent reacts with Ge ( Ⅳ ) to form a stable green complex ( 1 : 1 ) in the presence of Na2SO3 solution at pH 9.50. The maximum absorption wavelength and apparent molar absorptivity are 418 nm and 1.76 × 10^5 L·mol^-1·cm^-1, respectively. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0 - 0.45 μg/mL Ge( Ⅳ ) . The method has been applied to the determination of micro germanium( Ⅳ ) in tea and lycium.
