摘要
本文将偏最小二乘(PLS)校正用于便携式能量色散X射线荧光光谱多组分同时分析中,并将其与多元线性回归、最小二乘拟合剥谱校正法进行了比较。对不锈钢中的主元索(Fe、Cr、Ni、Mn)、铝合金中的杂质元素(Mn、Fe)以及锌精矿的主元素(Fe、Cu、Zn、Pb)测定结果表明,PLS校正具有快速准确的特点。实验还表明,在有效的多元校正软件支持下,这种小型能谱仪是一种很有前途的过程分析仪器。
The partial least-squares (PLS) method is applied to a portable radioisotope spectrometry to determine the multicomponent concentrations of samples simultaneously. Comparisons with classical least-squarcs (MLR), and least-squares fitting method (spectra are resolved at first) are carried out. Fe, Cr, Mn, Ni in stainless steel samples, Fe, Cu in aluminum alloy samples, and Fe, Cu, Zn, Pb in zinc concentration samples are determined. The results show that PLS is the best one, and the portable radioistope XRF analysers equipped with better calibration software have great potential applicability.
