摘要
引入统计分析领域的SAS软件,从仪器分析方法和化学计量学方法的选择到使用SAS软件成功开发出用于多组分同时分析的“数据处理”系统,建立了一套用于多组分体系的快速、准确的分析方法,并以五元混合硝基苯为例进行了测定,结果令人满意,实现了化学、数学和计算机的良好结合,大大提高了分析效率.
The SAS software which is the standard software in statistics analysis field is used. From the methods selection of Instrument Analysis and Chemometrics to SAS software using, a Data Processing System applied in multicomponent's simultaneous-analysis is developed successfully and a set of fast, accurate analysis method has been set up. Five mixed Nitrobenezenes is determined as an example and the result is satisfying. It is a fine combination of mathematics, chemistry and computer technology and the analysis efficiency is improved greatly.
