摘要
本文对某铅锌矿系统地开展了同位素源X射线荧光测量,运用了校正基体效应的方法对2号矿体群的粉末样和坑道巷壁进行了研究,建立了数学模型。经实践验证,X取样结果与刻槽取样结果相比较,在规定的允许误差限内,其合格率铅样达77%,锌样达85%,且优于重复刻槽取样的精度。重复X取样的相对误差小于10%。
Radioisotope source X-ray fluorescence analysis technique has been applied to a Pb-Zn deposit. The method of correcting matrix effect has been proposed. Having studied powder samples and outcrop in tunnel for a Pb-Zn orebody group, a mathematical model has been found. It is proved that 77% of Pb samples and 85% of Zn samples for X-ray measurement sampling on outcrop are consistent with the standards from channel sampling. The pricision of Xrray measurement sampling on outcrop is less than 10%.16mm source-sample distance is proved to be optimum, according to the experiments on an artificial'Pb-Zn ore' model in which surface is especially prepared by grinding.A 238Pu-241Am double beam source has solved the problem of correcting scattered radiation for the portable X-ray fluorescence analyser working in tunnel.
