血清PCT和NT-porBNP联合检测对呼吸困难原因的鉴别诊断价值探讨 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨血清降钙素原(PCT)和N端B型脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)的联合检测对肺源性和心源性呼吸困难的鉴别诊断价值。方法选择临床上明确诊断为肺源性呼吸困难的患者45例作为A组,选择临床上明确诊断为心源性呼吸困难的患者45例作为B组。同时检测两组血清中PCT和NT-proBNP的水平并,进行统计学分析。结果 A组血清中PCT水平高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);B组血清中NT-proBNP水平高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论检测PCT和NTproBNP水平,对鉴别心源性和肺源性呼吸困难有一定的临床应用价值。
