摘要
针对GDP中的时隙分配问题,提出了同时兼顾机场整体效率性和公平性的数学模型,并通过分析航空公司之间效率性的差距,引入了公平性评价指标,量化了航空公司之间时隙分配的公平性.对模型采用了遗传算法进行了求解.通过一些典型的GDP算例对所提方法进行仿真验证和对比分析,结果表明其有效性.
In order to solve the problem of slot allocation in ground delay program , a mathe-matical model was built with considering the efficiency and equity of the slot allocation .A equity evaluation index was introduced to quantify the equity of the slot allocation between the airlines by analyzing the efficiency gap between airlines .The model was solved by using the genetic algorithm .Some typical GDP instances were used for the simulation and compari-son to verify the method .
