Ground-holding Model Based on Cumulate Delay Cost Algorithm

摘要 考虑不同机型的不同延误损失费用提出了一种累积延误损失算法,并建立基于该算法的地面等待策略(GHP)数学模型。该算法进行到达航班排序时,以所有航班总延误损失费用为首要排序标准,以先来先服务为第二排序标准,从而得到总延误损失费用与总延误时间值都较小的到达航班序列。同时,该算法也考虑了有后继任务的航班对到达航班序列的影响。基于该算法的GHP模型结合实际数据在实验仿真中取得了较好的效果,表明了该算法与模型的实用性与有效性。 The Cumulate Delay Cost Algorithm (CDCA) was proposed considering different delay costs of different plane types, and a Ground-Holding Policy (GHP) model was constructed based on this algorithm. When rationing, CDCA regarded the total delay cost ofallfights as the chief criterion and the First-Come First-Serve principle as the second. An arrival flights sequence with a relatively small value of total delay cost and total delay time would be got as a consequence. Moreover, the influences on the arrival flight sequence, which might be produced by the flights having successive tasks, were also considered in CDCA. With real data, the GHP model based on CDCA ran effectively and efficiently in the simulation experiment, which indicates the practicability and validity of this algorithm and model.
