本文介绍了飞机制造企业C集团的质量体系所借鉴和遵循的国际标准和行业标准,以及C集团在此基础上建立的严格的质量管理架构和文件,讨论了其质量管理的实践,尤其是成效卓著的"卓越质量"计划,使得C集团在发展壮大过程中不断提升其整体效率和自身竞争力。
This paper introduces the international and industrial standards which are applied in the quality system construction of C aircraft manufacturing company, and also presents the strict quality management construction and files of C company. The paper also studies the quality management practice and the influential Quality Excellent Plan in this company, which improve its production efficiency and competitiveness in the development.
