摘要
本文报道了地衣芽孢杆菌的营养要求 ,结果表明 ,以葡萄糖为碳源 ,多种氨基酸为氮源 ,地衣芽孢杆菌的最佳C/N为 4～ 4 .5∶1。满足该菌对维生素H和必须氨基酸的需要以及主要无机盐的需要时 ,其菌数最高为 (3.5 5～ 6.7)× 10 7/ml,可使菌数是对照的 2 .1～ 3.5倍。
Nutrition requirement of Bacillus licheniformis is reported.The results demonstrate that optimum C/N is 4～4.5∶1,when glucose is used as carbon source and amino acids are used as nitrogen source.If the need of the bacteria,in both variety and quantity,for vitamins H and necessary amino acids is met,the number of the bacteria can be increased to 3.55～6.7×10 7/ml and is 2.1～3.5 times as many as that of the contrast.
