摘要
报道一株分离于自然界的红酵母菌株 ,通过正交实验确定了菌株产生胡萝卜素的最佳培养基 ,并优化了菌株的培养条件 :温度 2 8℃和最佳pH 6.0及最适培养时间 3d ,在优化培养条件下色素产量为 0 .2 6mg/干细胞 (g) .
This article reports a species of Rhodotorula sp isolated from the soil. The fermentation medium is optimized by orthogonal experimental design. The best cultural conditions are defined as the pH6.0, the temperature 28℃,the time 3 days, respectively. In the optimized fermentation medium and the best cultural conditions, carotene yield of the strain would be 0.26mg/dried cell(g).
