摘要
研究了螺旋藻β-胡萝卜素的提取和分离纯化方法。用丙酮-甲醇(7:2,v:v)可快速彻底地将螺旋藻的色素抽提出来,再用乙醚和5%NaCl水溶液分离纯化后,经紫外可见光分光光度计扫描分析可知产品为纯度较高的β-胡萝卜素;β-胡萝卜素产量为6.75mg/g干螺旋藻,提取率为75%。
The method of preparing β- carotene from Spirulina platensis was studied. The pigment of Spirulina platensis was extracted quickly and completely by acetone-methanol (7:2, v:v) . Then it was separated and purified by diethy-lether and 5% NaCl aqueous solution. The product was analyzed by scanning of UV-Vis Spectrophotometer Model 756MC. The result indicated that the product was pure β- carotene. The amount of the β- carotene reached 6.75mg per gram of dried algae. The extracted rate of β- carotene was 75%.
