摘要
目的：建立荆防小儿止咳口服液中总皂苷含量测定的方法。方法：采用AB-8型大孔吸附树脂分离和纯化口服液中三萜类总皂苷，以桔梗皂苷D为对照品，香草醛-高氯酸为显色剂，采用比色法于476nm处测定口服液中总皂苷的含量。结果：标准曲线在0．0516～0．3096mg范围内线性关系良好，平均加样回收率为99．20％，RSD为1．48％，且该方法在60min内稳定。结论：该方法灵敏、简便、快速、重复性好，可作为荆防小儿止咳口服液中总皂苷的含量测定方法。
Objective： To establish a method for determination of the content of the total saponins in Jingfang cough oral solution for children. Methods ： The total saponins in Jingfang cough oral liquid for children were separated and purified by AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin, and the content of total saponins was determined by Colorimetric method with platyciondin D as reference substance ,Vanillin-HC104 as color developing reagent at 476 nm. Results：The calibration curve of platyciondin D was linear in the range of 0. 051640. 3096 rag. The average recovery and RSD of total saponins was 99.20~/oo and 1.48~ ,and the method was stable within 60 min. Conclusion ： The method was sensitive, simple, rapid and reproducible, and it can be used for determination of total saponins in Jingfang cough oral liquid for children.
