摘要
高校辅导员职业路径指明了辅导员可能的发展方向及发展机会,辅导员可按照职业路径的设计,通过达到各级阶梯的要求,得到工作岗位,提高待遇。随着高校辅导员职业化、专业化的发展,原有的职业路径逐渐显现出一些问题,影响了辅导员的职业发展。文章对天津市高校辅导员职业路径现状进行了调查和分析,并提出一些优化思路,为建立完善的辅导员职业路径提供了参考。

After that we give some suggestions about the optimization method,and provide a reference for the establishment of a consummate counselors ＇ career path.
