摘要
本文通过对知识经济时代的知识型员工的激励因素进行中外对比 ,以及对知识型员工与非知识型员工的激励因素进行对比 ,探讨了知识经济时代的知识型员工的报酬激励、文化激励、组织激励。
With the development of the knowledge economy, the creation?transmission and application of the knowledge has been the key for the corporation gaining its comparative advantage, therefore the effective Knowledge Worker(KW) management has been the core point of contemporary HRM. Then who is the KW? How to motivate the KW to better his role in the creation? transmission and application of the knowledge: These are brand new topics of corporate HRM in the ten-speed-change knowledge economy era. In the writer's view, the effective KW management lies in the understanding needs and motivation factors of the KW. So this article statistic the motivation factor of Chinese knowledge-worker and provide the motivation system in Chinese knowledge-enterprises.
