摘要
在高等教育大众化发展的背景下,民办高校应运而生并且飞速发展。在大学扩招的改革下,民办高校学生的数量在不断的增多,使得民办高校辅导员的工作难度增加。文章通过梳理新时代民办高校大学生的个性特点,结合民办高校学生培养目标,来探究新时代下民办高校辅导员的职责与角色定位。
The popularization of higher education facilitates the emergence and rapid development of private colleges. Under the reform of university enrollment expansion, the work of college counselors has been immobilized by the increasing number of private college students. Through understanding on students' characteristics and the combination of training target on private college student, this paper explores responsibilities and roles that college counselors should take and play.
