摘要
目的探讨模拟失重对小鼠T细胞亚群和某些细胞因子活性的影响。方法采用 - 30°头低位尾吊法 ,流式细胞术法测定T细胞亚群 ,用生物学活性检测法测定白细胞介素 - 2 (IL 2 )、白细胞介素 - 6(IL 6)活性。结果模拟失重 3d ,小鼠IL 2和IL 6活性无明显变化 ;模拟失重 7d ,小鼠CD+8、CD+4明显低于正常对照组水平 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,CD+8与CD+4/CD+8的比值呈降低趋势 ,IL 2活性明显降低 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,IL 6活性呈升高的趋势。结论模拟失重 7d对小鼠T细胞亚群和IL 2活性明显降低 ,IL 6活性呈增强趋势。
Objective To observe the effects of simulated weightlessness on the immunogenic activities in mice. Method T cell subpopulations and the activity of IL 2 and IL 6 were observed in mice after exposure to head down(-30°) tail suspension for 3 d and 7 d. Result The activity of IL 2 and IL 6 in mice showed no change after simulated weightlessess for 3 d compared with the control group.But after simulated weightlessness for 7 d,CD + 3 and CD + 4 were markedly reduced (both P<0.01) and CD + 8 and CD + 4/CD + 8 also tended to decrease;the activity of IL 2 was significantly decreased,while the activity of IL 6 tended to increase. Conclusion Simulated weightlessness for 7 d had significant effcets on T cell subpopulations and the activity of certain cytokines in mice.
