摘要
大鼠胚胎皮层神经元送入空间飞行15天后,用NSE和GFAP等特异性抗体进行免疫细胞化学染色,观察其存活和形态变化.结果表明,神经细胞在空间飞行15天后可以存活,但形态发生了较大的改变,说明空间环境对神经元来说是个严峻的环境.
Rat cortical neurons derived from E18 embryo were put on satellite and flew in the space for 15 days. Subsequent NSE and GFAP immunocytochemical studies showed that in spite of marked morphological changes, a number of neurons could survive in the hard space environment of microgravity.
