摘要
地方高校引进了许多非师范类应届毕业研究生充实教师队伍,界定新教师入职培训的含义,综述入职培训的现状和问题,即入职培训途径单一、培训形式脱离实际、入职培训未能充分考虑其发展等问题,在此基础上提出加强新教师入职培训的对策,对促进青年教师发展,增强学校可持续发展具有重要的意义。
Local universities recruit many graduates who are not from teachers colleges to strengthen teachers ’ team.Therefore, it is very important to give these newly recruited teachers some orientation training to help them adapt to the role transformation .The paper defines the meaning of the newly recruited teachers ’ orienta-tion training and reviews the present situation and examines the problems existing in the training .Meanwhile , some countermeasures are proposed on how to strengthen training , which is of great significance in promoting the development of young teachers and enhancing the sustainable development of universities .
