摘要
目的确定当仁通便灵颗粒的最佳乙醇提取工艺。方法以阿魏酸的含量为指标,采用正交试验(L934)优选提取工艺条件。结果影响醇提工艺的因素的程度依次为提取次数、乙醇体积分数、提取时间和固液比。最适工艺条件为加6倍量70%乙醇,加热回流提取2次,每次1.5h。结论工艺稳定、可行。
Objective To optimize the extraction procedure of Dangren Tongbianling Particles . Methods The extraction ratio Of the content of Ferulic Acid was used as index, and the optimum condition of the extraction was studied by the orthogonal L9 （ 34 ）. Results The influencing effects of factors were as follow C 〉 A 〉 D 〉 B（A：alcohol concentration,B：liquid - solid ratio ,C：extraction times,D：extraetion time）. The optimize extraction condition was as follows ： adding 6 times of 70% alcohol , refluxing for 2 times, 1.5 hours every time. Conclu- sion The optimum extraction procedure is stable and practical.
