摘要
目的 :测定逍遥散和中药当归中阿魏酸的含量。方法 :用高效液相色谱法测定不同工艺制备的逍遥散提取物以及不同商品来源的当归药材中的阿魏酸含量。使用SpherisorbC18柱 ,以甲醇 - 1%冰醋酸水溶液 (30∶70 )为流动相 ,流速0 .8ml/min ,检测波长 32 0nm。结果 :逍遥散提取物的回收率为 10 0 .5 0 % ,RSD为 0 .9% ;当归药材的回收率为 98.75 % ,RSD为 0 .3%。结论 :该方法简便 ,重复性好 ,其它组分对测定无干扰 ,可用于质量控制。
Objective: To determine ferulic acid content in Xiaoyao Powder and Radix Angelicae Sinensis.Methods: The content determinations of ferulic acid in the extract of Xiaoyao Powder and different originates of Radix Angelicae Sinensis were carried out by HPLC on Spherisorb C 18 column. The mobile phase was MeOH:1% HAC(30∶70) with 0.8ml/min of flow rate, and the detection wavelength was at 320nm. Results: The average recovenies for Xiaoyao Powder was 100.5% and for Radix Argelicae Sinensis was 98.8%. RSD was 0.3%. Conclusion: The method was sinple with a good repeatability and without the interference of other compositions. The method can be used for quality control.
