燕麦麸对糖尿病小鼠血糖、血脂及脏器官功能的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究燕麦麸对链尿佐菌素糖尿病小鼠的降糖作用,以小鼠普通饲料作为基础饲料,添加不同含量的燕麦麸制作成配方饲料喂养链尿佐菌素糖尿病小鼠,通过观测其主要指标血糖,及次要指标体重、血清中甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白等,获得相关数据。研究结果表明:不同浓度燕麦麸能显著(p<0.01)降低患病小鼠血糖水平,缓解患病鼠尿多,体重下降的病状,同时燕麦麸还能有效抑制因糖尿病导致的高血脂等糖尿病并发症,增强患病小鼠脏器胰脏器官功能。 The hypoglycemic effect of oat bran urine produced to the rhzomorph diabetes mice was studied. Based on common fodder of mice as basal feed, different content of oat bran was added into for- mula feed to raise streptozocin mice. The data was get by observing the main index of blood sugar, and secondary indicators weight, serum triglyceride, total cholesterol, high- density lipoprotein cholesterol (hdl - c), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (hdl - c), etc. The results show that the oat bran of differ- ent concentration could significantly (p〈0. 01) lower blood sugar levels of mice, alleviate symptoms of copious urine of rat and the weight loss. At the same time, oat bran can effectively restrain the diabetes complications caused by the hyperlipidemia, and enhance pancreatic organ function of sicken mice.
