摘要
功能性食品是21世纪食品的主流,膳食纤维也成为保健食品的功能成分之一。简要的综述了膳食纤维的生理功能及其在国内外的发展现状。
Functional food was the mainstream food in the 21 century, dietary fiber also become one of the functional component in the health-care food. The physiological function and development actuality of dietary fiber were simply introduced in this paper.
