摘要
红曲是具有我国特色的自然资源，被广泛用于食品、医药等行业。该文中介绍了红曲色素及功能性红曲在国内外的生产及市场现状，考察了红曲在开发、应用中存在的问题及未来的研究和发展方向，并展望了功能性红曲在国际市场中的发展前景。
Red koji is a kind of natural resource with Chinese characteristic and has been extensively used in food and medicine industry. Current situation about its production and market both at home and abroad are introduced in this paper. In addition, the problems in development, application and trend of functional red koji are reviewed.
