摘要
贵州是一个多民族聚居、各类资源丰富的省份,尤其以药食两用植物资源大量富集。综述了贵州特色的药食两用植物资源:苗药资源、薏苡仁、刺梨和鱼腥草的主要功效,并介绍了它们在食品工业中的应用,旨在促进贵州特色资源的利用和开发,推动贵州食品产业的多样化。
Guizhou is a multi-ethnic province and it is rich in resources, especially in medicine and food dual purpose resource accumulation. The main function characteristics of Guizhou medical and edible resources were reviewed, such as Ganoderma lucidum, Rhizoma Gastrodiae, Eueommia ulmoides, Semen Coicis, Rosa roxburghii Tratt and Houttuynia eordata and its application in food industry were introduced, in order to promote the development and utilization of these resources further.
