摘要
用原子吸收光谱仪测定陇南无花果中9种微量元素,含量按高低依次为钙(Ca)59.56μg/g、镁(Mg)25.06μg/g、磷(P)20.57μg/g、铁(Fe)1.12μg/g、锌(Zn)0.30μg/g、铜(Cu)0.22μg/g、硒(Se)0.14μg/g、钴(Co)0.057μg/g,锰(Mn)0.30μg/g,陇南无花果中Ca、Mg、P等元素含量较高,这与陇南无花果的保健功效有直接关系.
Nine kinds of microelement in Ficus carica in the region of Longnan were evaluted atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Their order of microelement contain was Ca(59.56 μg/g), Mg((25.06 μg/g)), P(20.57 μg/g), Fe(1.12 μg/g), Zn(0.30 μg/g), Cu(0.22 μg/g), Se(0.14 μg/g), Co(0.057 μg/g), Mn(0.30 μg/g), respectively. This result shows that Ca, Mg and P are abundant, which is resous why health care function in Fieus carica is better.
