摘要
目的 :探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (b FGF)和转化生长因子β1 (TGFβ1 )在人体超负荷性心肌肥厚发生机制中的作用。方法 :用免疫组织化学及原位杂交技术检测 32例 (左、右室心肌各 16例 )肥大心肌组织中b FGF和 TGFβ1 的表达。结果 :无论是压力还是容量超负荷都可使心肌细胞 b FGF、TGFβ1 表达增加 (P <0 .0 5 ,<0 .0 1)。结论 :b FGF和 TGFβ1 可能是介导临床超负荷性心肌肥厚发生的因素之一。
Objective:To investigate the roles of bFGF and TGFβ 1 in the process of human heart hypertrophy induced by overload. Method:bFGF and TGFβ 1 gene expression were detected by immunochemistry and in situ hybridization in 32 human hypertrophied heart(right and left ventricle,each 16).Result:The results showed that bFGF and TGFβ 1 expression were elevated significantly in hypertrophic myocardium (P< 0.05 ,< 0.01 ).Conclusion:It is demonstrated that bFGF and TGFβ 1 may play a role in the mechanism of human heart hypertrophy induced by overload.
